End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT (or "EULA") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PERSON, COMPANY, OR ORGANIZATION THAT HAS LICENSED THIS SOFTWARE ("YOU" OR "CUSTOMER") AND LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC. BY INSTALLING AND USING THE SOFTWARE, CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE SOFTWARE AND AGREES TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS AND USING THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING AND/OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SOFTWARE AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, OR DO NOT HAVE AUTHORITY TO BIND THE CUSTOMER TO THESE TERMS, THEN DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
THIS EULA SHALL APPLY ONLY TO THE SOFTWARE SUPPLIED BY LOTTERY TOOLBOX HEREWITH REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OTHER SOFTWARE IS REFERRED TO OR DESCRIBED HEREIN.
MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition is licensed, not sold.

No modification of the original executable software program is permitted. Distribution of this software has no restrictions, however the distribution must be the official software program downloaded from Lottery Toolbox (www.lotterytoolbox.com). Any other version of this software program is strictly prohibited from distribution.

Licenses may be purchased at the official website (http://www.lotterytoolbox.com). If you purchased a license elsewhere, this purchase is unauthorized and illegal! Please report any outlets distributing licenses or accounts to unlock this software. Illegal issuing of license accounts are strictly prohibited. If you did not purchase your licenses through the official website (www.lotterytoolbox.com), we will be unable to provide any form of support or assistance with the program.
Winning Numbers downloaded into the program are best estimates, since we do not provide the actual numbers. Please check the official lottery websites to confirm any winnings. The author, hosting company or licenser of this program cannot be held liable for incorrect calculations generated by changing data on external websites. You may notify us if you find an error in our software and we will work to correct the issue as soon as possible.

Support will only encompass software that is fully license account. Each license subscription is entitled to support for one (1) year. The purchaser must verify their personal information before support can be obtained. Demo Versions of any available software do not qualify for support.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition is licensed as follows:
(a) Installation and Use.
LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC grants you the right to install and use copies of MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition on your computer, with a valid license account.
(b) Backup Copies.
You may also make copies of MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
(a) Maintenance of Copyright Notices.
You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition.
(b) Distribution.
You may not distribute registered accounts of MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition to third parties. Evaluation accounts are available for request from LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC's websites and are freely distributed.
(c) Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation or explicit written consent signed by LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC.
(d) Rental.
You may not rent, lease, or lend MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition.
(e) Support Services.
LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC may provide you with support services related to MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition ("Support Services"). Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
(f) Compliance with Applicable Laws.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition.

3. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition in your possession, as well as uninstall or remove any copies on any computer systems you own.

4. COPYRIGHT
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition and any copies thereof are owned by LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC.

5. NO WARRANTIES
LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC expressly disclaims any warranty for MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition. MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition is provided 'As Is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition. LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program. LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition, even if LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. LOTTERY TOOLBOX LLC shall have no liability with respect to the content of MegaMillions Checker Standard Edition or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.
